Dialogue Project Applications Due October 13

posted September 30, 2024

In 2022, the College launched The Dialogue Project, a program that offers students, faculty, and staff an opportunity to create community as they strengthen their capacities to listen actively, examine complex ideas, and engage in open exchange.

The Dialogue Project was created by a group of ůůֱ²¥ faculty and staff* and rooted in a shared belief that although understanding and exploring multiple perspective and ideas can be difficult, it is critical to creating a community where all viewpoints are heard and understood – and where all members can thrive and feel that they belong.

The goals of the Project are to build skills, practice deep listening, and support constructive dialogue models in every facet of campus life.

We are pleased to announce our next Dialogue Project:  the seven-session experience will be offered this semester on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (you may indicate your preference when you apply). The dates for this semester are as follows:
