Important Information about Spring Break Dining

The message below was emailed to all undergraduate students from Dean of the Undergraduate College Jennifer Walters on March 4, 2020. 

Dear ůůֱ²¥ Student,

We realize that COVID-19 has impacted the travel plans of a number of students and that there will be a larger number of students on campus during Spring Break than usual.  As part of the College's response to this evolving situation, I am writing to share information about our plans to provide meals to students during Spring Break.

Weekdays

Meals will be served at Wyndham Monday through Friday (March 9-13)  on the following schedule:

  • Continental Breakfast      9:00 am - 10:00 am   
  • Lunch     11:00 am - 2:00 pm  
  • Dinner      5:00 pm - 6:30 pm    

Weekends

Dining Services will be closed on the weekends during Spring Break, but we will provide to-go items prior to each weekend as follows:

  • If you need dinner on Friday, March 6th, box dinners need to be ordered today at Erdman Dining Hall for pickup during lunch on Friday.
  • For the weekend of March 7th-8th, to-go items will be offered at Erdman Dining Hall during lunch on March 6th.  If you plan on staying on campus that weekend, be sure to pick up what you need this Friday.
  • For the weekend of March 14th-15th, to-go items will be offered at Wyndham during dinner on Friday, March 13th.  If you will be on campus that weekend, you may pick up what you need at this time.

There is no additional charge for meals.  All you need to do is bring your ID card to be swiped at the entrance.
